You guys know by now that I am kind of, sort of a makeup whore. I’m always on the look out for that new product that will work wonders and turn my skin to glass. I’d heard little to nothing about this primer before I received it from Beautyfrenzy, It’s not one of the ‘Youtube hyped products’ but it sure does work.
The Ordinary – This formula uses advanced adaptive silicones to act as a matte, hydrating, blurring primer for makeup that looks higher in definition and adheres for longer. The formula can also be used alone as a non-greasy hydrator that reduces the looks of pores and of imperfections.
Directions: Use as the last step in skincare regimen either on its own or as a makeup primer.
The packaging also contributed to me loving this primer, I am a sucker for neat, precise and cute packaging and oh it looked so chic and minimal. For some reason, I was expecting this primer to be thick but it wasn’t. It is by far one of the thinnest primers that I have ever used, in terms of consistency and just by looking at it , you can tell that it is a water based primer, the consistency and appearance is a big hint. It does not dry out the skin which is good since a lot of primers that are targeted at people with oily to combination skin, and they often forget people like us with normal to dry combination.
