Hello guys, today I’ll reviewing a Dead Sea Mud Mask I was gifted by Naturaglowng courtesy TheBloggersAdvocate. It’s a mineral-rich and 100% natural formula absorbs excess oils and removes dead skin cells, dirts and toxins to reveal fresh and soft skin. It stimulates circulation and refines skin texture, clarity and tone. I’m currently obsessed with skincare because ‘Better Skin = Better Makeup’
I have tried quite a number of masks from lifting to firming to peel off mask from high brands like GlamGlow and drugstore brands like Biore. Finding a product with the right balance of ingredients to take care of your skin can be difficult. I do not have a problematic or acne skin but I do have a normal skin that sometimes ends up dry. This Dead Sea Mud Mask makes a great emergency treatment for problem areas on the face. The Dead Skin Mud Mask focus on natural ingredients in their products can be clearly seen on the company’s website. It goes into detail about the healing and restorative powers of Dead Sea mud and how it can benefit you.
How Dead Sea Mud Mask Works and Ingredients
The combination of ingredients in the Dead Sea Mud Mask works to extract the oils and other harmful elements from the skin. Leaving the skin looking refreshed and with a healthy glow after using the mask. Toxins and impurities in the skin can clog pores and make breakouts more severe. The mud mask gently cleanses the skin and helps to remove these harmful toxins. One of the natural ingredients in the mask is of course mud extracted from the Dead Sea. Research has shown that this mud helps to cure skin imperfections. Aloe vera extract which is an anti-inflammatory. The mask also includes several essential oils like; sunflower oil, jojoba oil and calendula oil which have been shown to help restore skin health and elasticity
General Overview and Thoughts of the Dead Sea Mud Mask
So I have used the product 4 times, It says use once a week (wish i could use it like twice) my skin would literally be softer than a baby’s butt! I like the consistency it comes in, very workable and it doesn’t dried down and stiffen face, It remains very hydrating throughout the process. It says to keep on for 15-20 minutes (which is about the same time for most masks), It comes off easily as well.
I used my Glamglow face brush to apply it and it held really well. This mask has my skin super hydrated and refreshed afterwards. Moisture in my skin if not for any thing feels surplus not sucked out like majority of the other masks I have used. In summary, this would be a great addition for anyone regardless of your skin type because of the natural ingredients in the mud mask; the likelihood of adverse side effects is very low. I would definitely see myself repurchasing this Dead Sea Mud Mask when I run out!
It retails as a set (i.e Mud Mask, Serum and application brush) for N15,000. You can purchase here
